Why do we need fat in out diet?
It’s hard to avoid fat in your daily life because almost all foods contain a certain amount of fat in them. The truth of the matter is that you shouldn’t avoid fat altogether. One of the jobs of fat in our body is to help it absorb nutrients found in food. There are good fats and bad fats and it’s important to learn the difference between the two. Moderation is the key to a healthy fat level. You need to learn to eat foods high in good fat, while avoiding the foods that contain the bad fats.
You need to increase your metabolic rate. What exactly does that mean anyway? In very simple terms it means how fast your body uses up the energy is takes from the food you eat.
You can increase your metabolic rate by changing what you eat and the amount of exercise you do.

• Soy: You can get soy in many different forms at your supermarket. Some types are meant to be eaten cold, while others can be cooked. Soy has a mild flavor and will absorb the flavor of whatever sauce it is served with.

If you are among the many people who think that you need a fancy gym membership in order to exercise to burn away fat, you couldn’t be further from the truth. If you have an open area in your home where you can stretch and move around freely, you’re well on your way. Basically you can attack your fat through exercise two ways.
1. Aerobically:
What this means is any activity that gets you using 60-80% of your maximum heart rate for a time of between 15-20 minutes, or anything that you can do for a long length of time at a mild intensity. Think about going on a long bike ride, a brisk walk, or swimming lengths. You shouldn’t be breathing too hard during these activities. If you are with a partner, you should be able to speak to them without having to stop to catch your breath. To burn the most amount of fat in the least time, ideally you should be able to commit to exercising three times per week for around 30 minutes each time.
2. Calisthenics:
This type of exercise doesn’t require any fancy equipment other than you and your body. It generally focuses on a group of core muscles. Sit-ups, push-ups, lunges and squats are excellent examples of calisthenics. You can increase your heart rate, burn fat and increase your strength and flexibility by doing these exercises in repetition. Increased balance and coordination are also an added benefit of practicing calisthenics.
