endorphins released during exercise. In addition, allow yourself to experience
simple joys in life. Spend more time with your family. Go out this weekend with

Therefore, the key to attaining happiness is to choose to be happy regardless of the situation. Of course there are times when a manner of seriousness is appropriate but the idea here is overcoming sadness and choosing to live life with a positive outlook. Looking at the good things, counting your blessings and focusing on your goals every day will help you become happy and stay happy.
